Right now, with everyone complaining about the economy, it might seem dumb to go job hunting; but think of this, you may have less competition, plus, there's always another job. Always. One of the difficult things I encounter is reminding job seekers that the "online job search" is just another tool/resource that should be used in conjunction with other methods: networking, career fairs, classifieds, etc.
Many people are getting disappointed because they think Internet job searches are the end-all solution.
