The article with the 30 best websites for job hunters is a valuable resource (placed it in my favs)!
One of the difficult things I encounter is reminding job seekers that the "online job search" is just another tool/resource that should be used in conjunction with other methods: networking, career fairs, classifieds, etc.
Many people are getting disappointed because they think Internet job searches are the end-all solution.
