Is your office throwing down for Leap Year Day? I know, it's not a huge party sort of day, but it is a nice day to reflect on changes. Especially, being that this day only comes around every four years. This is the one day your business has that's pure bonus. You don't have to do anything special - but you could.
- Offer special incentives to clients. It's not too late, start calling up your clients. Say, "Oh, did I mention, we're having a Leap Year special!"
- Give everyone the day off (it's an extra day anyhow - think of how happy your employees will be). At least cut out early.
- Set some new goals. It is "Leap" Year. Where will your company be leaping to in the next four years? Home business owners, do you have a leaping business plan? You should. Today is a good day to get going on that.
