Almost all paper products currently come in a recycled version. Here are three good basic ones from Office Depot, to help you green your office in 2008.
Office Depot Brand Recycled Color Ruled Index Cards, 4" x 6", Assorted Colors, Pack Of 100: 10% postconsumer recycled content.
- Xerox Brights Recycled Color Cover Stock, Bright White, 65 Lb., 8 1/2" x 11", Pack Of 250 Sheets: 30% postconsumer recycled content, acid free, and environmentally preferable.
- Foray Blank Recycled Certificates, Gold Filigree, 8 1/2" x 11", Pack Of 12: The nest time you have a company training, and need to give out completions, or "well done" certificates, try these30% postconsumer recycled content ones over brand new.
Green Tip O' the Day: You know, another idea is to cut out the paper products you honestly don't nee. I LOVE index cards. I want to buy them all the time. However, I can just use scrap paper - so I do. By cutting out the supplies you really don't need; and by doubling up uses of other items (i.e. scratch paper) you can green up faster.
