How to create a better office environment with furniture, supplies, and products

You know what happens when I get too busy to check my feeds? I miss stuff. I miss a lot of killer, cool stuff.

I have been busy lately, working on a big project, the holidays ended, you know how it is. In any case, today I was skimming about my feeds (finally), and found some great links for office workers.

• My favorite place to send link props to, Productivity 501 has, as usual, a great link worthy tip. One I can sure use. It's about getting rid of something at the office that we all forget about. That's all I'm gonna say. Simple, useful, done.

• At one of my favorite (non-office) blogs I found the best ever Editorial Calendar for Your Desk. Seriously, you will thank me for sending you to see this calendar. You will want to buy them for the whole office. This is not the most attractive calendar ever, but so far as functional, well, it rocks. 
  

• In oh so scary link love; never try to sell your laptop on eBay! I had not considered ever doing this in the first place, but yikes this story freaked me out. Now I'm double sure I'd never try. 

• Tired of company sob stories? We do see many, right. Well, this feel-good link will cheer you right up. From the ever helpful Business Week, it's the Best Corporate Practices of 2008 list. Read, rejoice, hope that your company makes next year's list.

• Last, but not least... something you don't need but hey, we all need a little fun. It's a microvision projector that will fit in your shirt pocket. When will we need this? Honestly, we won't in most office jobs. Still, cool beans to project from your pocket (if you were so moved). My son would love it.
