Last week I noted that CompUSA is on the way out. They're closing up shop and while that makes for some great deals on office tech needs it also might create some problems when your office tech breaks down. To keep consumers happy even though they're out of here, CompUSA is maintaining a customer service website where their company will provide, "Information on the retailer's policies with respect to extended warranties, gift cards, rain checks, rebates and other customer service programs."
Relevant 800 numbers and hyperlinks will also be included on the website to help out customers with questions.
Additionally, anyone who bought a CompUSA Technology Assurance Plan will remain covered through Assurant Solutions. Nothing will be required of customers and if something breaks they'll simply need to visit Assurant's website or call toll-free at 1-877-520-8324.
Don't forget that CompUSA is remaining open during the holiday season with some stellar sales.
