How to create a better office environment with furniture, supplies, and products

For office environments that need truly large copies printed Xerox just introduced some new Wide Format Printers.

The U.S. listed price for one of the new wide format printers is steep but there are some definite perks to the new series.

The Xerox 6050A Wide Format Printer is designed for architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) company office environments and will print large in black and white. This new wide printer will work at higher speeds and produce higher print volumes than the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Solution.

The big news though is the brand new Xerox 8200 Series Color Wide Format Solution which will be officially introduced starting today at Graph Expo 2007 in Chicago, North America’s largest printing show, on September 9 – 12. This new printer is a total bells and whistles machine. Both indoor and outdoor appropriate prints are producible on the 8200.

Xerox feels that this sort of application will be the perfect accompaniment to mailing campaigns – i.e. send your flyers out plus post them up in public in bright vivid color.

InfoTrends reports that 88 percent of the graphic communications market who want to buy a wide-format printer say that they’ll be using it for both indoor and outdoor print jobs so Xerox is on in the game with the 8200.
