All this talk of the 2007 NFL season is making me jealous. People are really excited. As noted, I'm not so excited. Maybe some of you aren't either.
I think something extra cool and exciting is called for to drown out the football talk. Maybe a topic like your most amazing dream office wishes granted. What might that look like. We all want our own perfect space at work but most of us are in the, 'just make do' camp.
Here are some beautiful dream office spaces that might inspire you to make some office space changes. Or perhaps just give you nicer dreams at night.
This space is ironically, the Dreamlife.com space.
Included are low glass enclosures with continuous ribbon work counters. Shared lunch and conference areas surrounded by translucent greenhouse panels and continuous cubist painted walls with glass create a great flow of office space.
I love the lighting and the calming colors. It all meshes really nicely with the natural flooring; welcoming to both workers and any visitors.
This office space, I think, is my most favorite space that I've seen in a long time.
At first glace you may be thinking "it's only for creative type offices" -- ah, but that would be a mistake fine reader. Applying creative and comfortable touches like this to even an accounting office will free your mind and add some peace to your work day.
This space, belongs to Urban Outfitters and is featured at decor8. You have to visit decor8. One, because there's an entire slide show and many more amazing pictures. And two, because decor8 has the best design finds all the time. No matter where you work, you will be inspired to knock down cubicle walls and grab the paint cans.
Last up is something green and dreamy. I found this at one of my favorite blogs, Fabulously Green.
This amazing office space was created using water bottles! So cool, and such a great idea for how we can reuse materials.
This "Water Office" has walls (or partition like walls) created out of clear water bottles and other than keeping them clean; which seems like it could be problematic, it would make a great green office idea (if you used recycled bottles).
It also creates a very nice dreamy and light exposed effect. It keeps the office space open and inviting. I like the hanging colored and clear light covers.

Now, aren't fantasy office spaces so much better than fantasy football?
