Yesterday I wrote about Stamps.com which is an online service that lets you make US postage stamps using the image of your choice, such as your company logo. Another company that offers this service is Zazzle.com.
Based on the information on their respective websites, it seems both companies offer a comparable service at identical prices.
Both companies offer stamps in seven of the most common postage denominations, such as 24 cents for postcards, 39 cents for regular first class and larger amounts for packages. Obviously you'll pay more per stamp for the privilege of customization, but even still, it's pretty reasonable. For example, the smallest order of 39 cent stamps is one sheet (20 stamps) and for that you'll pay $17.99. That works out to 90 cents per stamp. As with most printing orders, the larger the quantity the lower the per unit price. For instance, moving up to 500 39 cent stamps reduces the per stamp price to 70 cents.
