How to create a better office environment with furniture, supplies, and products

The folks at ewin.com scoff at the idea of Pets at Work They point out that allowing employees to bring pets to work as a means to keep them motivated, is based on misguided logic.  They warn employers not to confuse keeping employees motivated with keeping employees happy. They go on to say:

The upside is that employees don't have to worry about what their pets are doing at home. On the other hand, if they have to worry about what they are doing at home, I'd start worrying about what they'd do at work.

As a confirmed pets at work advocate, all I can say is I hate it when logic makes sense.
