Virtual Assistant and VA Trainer Becki Noles recommends the anti-spam product  Cloudmark, which easily integrates with Outlook and Outlook Express.

What I like about it most, is the fact that the software is housed on my computer rather than the server. I don't have to log into the webmail feature or server in general to quickly or not so quickly review my "spam" messages. I like the fact that I can, with the click of a button, remove something from my spam box and say that emails from this person are to go to the inbox rather than spam. The software is very good and I hardly ever have legitimate emails go into the spam box.
